By purchasing the Flexible Cancellation Extra, you can cancel your booking until the specified date and be entitled to a full refund of the paid installment(s) of the booking price. This provides you with flexibility in case of unplanned occurrences.
Important notes:
The cost of the extra is non-refundable
The Flexible Cancellation Extra must be purchased at the time of booking
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation confirmation
Additionally booked extras will also be refunded as long as they were paid in advance
