Free Cancellation is available as a promotional offer for eligible reservations. Under this promotion, customers may cancel their booking without incurring any cancellation fees, subject to the following conditions:

- This Free Cancellation offer is valid for reservations made through January 31, 2025.
- The offer applies exclusively to bookings with check-in dates on or after April 26, 2025.

- The right to cancel without fees applies to the entire booking amount, including any additional services or addons selected during the reservation process.
- Upon cancellation, any payments made will be refunded in full according to our standard refund processing timeline.
- For bookings paid in installments (2 or 3 payments), any service fees applied for the installment payment plan are non-refundable and will be retained even when exercising the Free Cancellation option.

- This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other cancellation policy modifications.
- Reservations with check-in dates before April 26, 2025, are not eligible for this promotional offer, regardless of when the booking is made.
- Installment payment service fees, where applicable, are not covered by the Free Cancellation policy and will not be refunded.
