Changing Your Payment Plan

At our company, we strive to make the booking process as smooth and easy as possible. However, we understand that sometimes plans change and adjustments need to be made. In this article, we will discuss our policy on changing the number of installments after a booking has been made.

Generally, we do not allow changing the number of installments after you have booked. This is to ensure that our payment system remains organized and efficient for all of our customers. However, there are exceptions to this rule.

If you wish to change from multiple installments to a single installment, we can accommodate this request. Simply reach out to your holiday planner in charge or open a case with us and we will make the necessary adjustments.

On the other hand, if you wish to change from a single installment to multiple installments, there will be an extra fee of 2% on top of the boat cost paid in advance. This is to cover the additional administrative costs associated with changing the payment plan.
