What happens if the boat owner declines my booking?

When you book a boat on our platform, the payment is captured immediately. This ensures that the boat owner receives the payment as soon as possible and that your booking is confirmed.

However, there may be instances where the boat owner declines your booking. This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as the boat being unavailable or the owner having to cancel the booking for personal reasons.

If this happens, don't worry! You will receive a full refund for your booking within a few business days.

How does the refund process work?

Once the boat owner declines your booking, our system will automatically initiate the refund process. This means that the payment will be returned to the original payment method used for the booking.

Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

What if I have any issues with my refund?

If you have any issues with your refund, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We are available 24/7 to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

We hope this article has answered any questions you may have about what happens if the boat owner declines your booking. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Happy boating!
