Bad Experience

We take all feedback seriously and will review the matter, ensuring that it is handled fairly for both you and the boat owner. We understand that your time is valuable and we want to make sure that your concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Our team can try to reach out to the boat owner on your behalf to forward your request. However, please note that we are not able to compensate you financially. Our role is to assist in forwarding your request, but the resolution of the issue remains with the boat owner.
